Fullerton

Fullerton is a quaint college town in North Orange County.  It's a tight-knit community of slightly over 135,000 residents, in mostly single family homes & estates (avg. size 2.87 occupants).  The beautifully tree lined streets of downtown are full of well renowned restaurants, quaint shopping, theatre & entertainment.  Plus there are plenty of beautiful parks, open space and 3 golf courses.  It is bordered by 3 freeways and also has a train station and airport for easy access to/from anywhere.

The city also works closely with it residents, colleges & businesses to help blend all aspects fort the benefit of and for everyone.  They seek public input at all meetings and through their Planning Forum; FullertonPlanningForum.com.

In spring 2014, Fullerton was rank 9th in the "Top 10 Snobbiest Mid-Sized Cities in America" (by Movoto)  Not because we walk around with our noses in the air (the people are actually quite friendly and downtown is very quint).  The rankings were based on; median Home Prices, median Income, % with College Degrees, Private Schools per capita, # of Art Galleries and the low # of fast food restaurants.  See more @ movoto.com
